Refund policy

The Vessel Method is a digital product. The second you buy, you get instant access to the full method, the intake formula, and the entire case study library, which means it lands in your hands the moment you check out. Because of that, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.

This isn't us being cold about it. It's just the nature of digital work. Once a file or methodology is downloaded, it can't be returned the way a physical product can. You'd still have everything you paid for. So to keep things fair and keep the price low for everyone, every purchase is non-refundable.

Here's what we do promise. Before you buy, we tell you exactly what's inside and who it's for. There's no mystery and no fine print designed to trip you up. If you've read the page and you're a maker who wants to build a real brand instead of copying templates, you're in the right place.

And if you hit a snag after you buy, you're not on your own. Your download includes a full Troubleshooting Guide that walks you through the most common issues step by step. If something still isn't clicking, you can book a 1:1 Help Call and we'll work through your specific design together.

A few things worth knowing:

• We can't offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or "I didn't realize it was digital." The product page makes the format clear before checkout.
• We can't offer refunds because a design didn't turn out the way you pictured on your first try. The method teaches you how to fix that, and the Troubleshooting Guide and Help Call exist for exactly this reason.
• If you were charged twice or hit a genuine technical error during checkout, that's different. Email us and we'll make it right.
